Key responsibilities and duties: Ensuring compliance with all applicable MRP. Ensuring that all Maintenance required to be carried out in the hangars, plus any fault rectification carried out during base maintenance, is carried out to the required TI and quality standards. Ensuring that all Maintenance required to be carried out on the line, including line fault rectification, is carried out to the required TI and quality standards. Ensuring that all Maintenance required to be carried out in the workshops, including fault rectification, is carried out to the required TI and quality standards. Satisfactory completion and certification of all work required by contracted operators and customers in accordance with the work specification (Work Order and approved MOE procedures). Ensuring that the organisation's procedures and standards are complied with when carrying out maintenance. Ensuring the competence of all personnel engaged in maintenance. Establishing a program of training and continuation training using internal and/or external sources.
