Senior Project Manager The Senior Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates all delivery-related activities of large-scale client engagements to ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe, funding parameters, and scope. Operational: - Consults with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, timeframe, pricing, deliverables, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources - Develops project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources - Uses Waterflow and select Agile Project Management methodologies to promote rapid delivery of high-quality materials.
