Digital & Platform Services (DPS) powers the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) end to end—bringing together Operations, Technology, Digital, Data, and AI organizations to deliver speed, resilience, and elevate client experience. The DPS Strategic Execution team is at the heart of designing and delivering the strategy for DPS. We sit within a wider CIB Strategy organization, which operates as an internal consulting group within CIB. We run project-based engagements on topics at the top of senior management agendas, translating ideas into decisions and execution. As a Senior Associate on DPS Strategic Execution, you will play a key role in supporting and contributing to high-impact initiatives that address complex problems and enable change across DPS. You will work closely with senior team members and partners across the organization to contribute to strategy development, operating model and process redesign, and the operationalization of recommendations.
