Summary Description: Adjunct Instructor of Business which includes Health Care Administration-HCA, Human Resource Management-HRM, Finance, Accounting, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, and Entrepreneurship and reports to the Dean of Business Division. This position is responsible for teaching courses in the Health Care Administration-HCA, Human Resources Management-HRM, Finance, Accounting, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship majors, which provides a substantial business emphasis. Essential Functions: - Teach assigned courses, focusing primarily in the Health Care Administration-HCA, Human Resources Management-HRM, Finance, Accounting, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship majors. - Articulate and model current best practices in teaching. - Advise and mentor students. - Work collegially with faculty, staff, and students. - Engage in scholarly activity in the relevant field. - Collaborate with articulated programs. - Participate in ongoing program development and evaluation. - Understand and promote the mission, values, and core themes of Warner Pacific University. - Exhibit excellent communication skills in all interactions...
