Job Description and Responsibilities: We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our growing team in Pueblo, Colorado. The Reliability Engineer is responsible for identifying and managing asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. This role includes loss elimination, risk management, and lifecycle asset management. Support the capital project process to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations Develop, monitor, and continuously improve the Asset Management Plan Perform root cause analysis and develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and other issues impacting plant operations Evaluate and implement predictive maintenance programs (thermography, ultrasonic, vibration analysis, etc.) Regularly review equipment failures using data analysis to determine preventive actions and reduce recurrence Contribute to production capacity planning based on preventive maintenance needs, repair...
