Division: Group Business Solutions (GBS) Euroclear is migrating the CREST system from legacy applications running on the HPE NonStop Guardian platform to cloud-ready technology running in an OpenShift-managed Kubernetes container platform. This migration will be an incremental process over a period of years and will incorporate new and improvements to the existing functionality rather than be a straight “lift and shift”. Note that experience of HPE NonStop Guardian is not required. Our new technology will be Java based and use Event Hub technology (such as Kafka) for integration between the new migrated services and non-migrated legacy CREST system. We are seeking a Java Software Engineer with awareness of Kafka and Docker to join our Transformation journey.
