The Opportunity: We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Drive Support Expert (Customer Service Coordinator) to join our Drive Support Hub (Contact centre). In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice helping people get back on the road — guiding customers through the replacement vehicle process, arranging vehicle bookings, and ensuring every interaction is clear, caring, and efficient.
