The closing date for applications is midnight on 1st May 2026 Interviews will be held week commencing 11th May 2026 - Directorate: Strategy and Transformation - Pay Level: £30,160 - £35,530 fully inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance - Contract Type: Permanent - Working Hours: 37 Hours - Location : Observatory House/ Slough Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office) - DBS requirement: Basic What you’ll be doing: This is an exciting opportunity that provides high‑level administrative support in a fast‑paced department, with a primary focus on Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and Subject Access Requests (SARs). You will log and manage complaints, councillor casework, MP enquiries and information requests using the Council’s case management system, ensuring timely, high‑quality responses that meet statutory deadlines. The role supports lawful and transparent information handling, identifies service improvements, and liaises with senior staff and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as needed, while delivering excellent customer care in line with organistional policies.
