How you make a difference As the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing personnel, clients, clinical quality, and operations for the jails in your region. You will oversee the allocation of healthcare funds to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to the inmates under your care, while meeting or exceeding commitments to stakeholders. Your role will involve providing guidance, support, and direction to HSAs and clinical staff, sharing key performance information with clients, and collaborating with all functions in the corporate office to ensure seamless operations. Education: Experience: Licenses/Certifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field. - Master’s Degree preferred. - Five plus years of experience in healthcare operations management required, correctional health experience preferred. - Multi-site management experience required. - None required.
