Job description

Machine Operator III is an advanced-level operator responsible for operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing both automated and non-automated production lines, including Multivac and automation systems. This role serves as a technical lead and subject matter expert (SME) for assigned equipment and processes. In addition to machine operation responsibilities, Machine Operator III is responsible for training employees, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and providing advanced troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Essential Job Functions: Setup & Changeover & Line Breakdown - Advanced Machine Operation - Operate and oversee automated and non-automated production lines. - Independently run automation systems and perform advanced adjustments to maintain optimal performance. - Monitor sealing, coding, labeling, weight compliance, Quality and packaging integrity. - Proactively identify performance issues and implement corrective actions. - Coordinate with maintenance for mechanical issues beyond operator-level repair. - Lead assembly and disassembly of automated and non-automated lines. - Oversee product changeovers to ensure accuracy...
