Also assists with answering telephone and booking tee times. Essential Functions: Checking in guests who are playing golf. Answering guests’ questions about the golf course and the resort. Selling of merchandise on the Golf Shop sales floor to customers. Using the Point of Sale (POS) computer system to ring up transactions. Answering telephones and reserving tee times. Helping to stock merchandise and keep sales floor looking neat and clean Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings (including all safety meetings).
