About the team/role: As a Customer Success Implementation Specialist , you will drive implementations for our commercial customers. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functionally across several departments within the Product, Revenue, and Operations organizations. Your goal is to educate and enable new customers of our products and services while monitoring their success through activation rates.
