Your new job includes: We are currently establishing a new legal entity in Rødby to operate our retail business on ferry routes as well as in border shops. In the position of E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d), you will work either hybrid (three days per week) or fully on-site in Rødby and report directly to the Managing Director. You are responsible for operating and optimising our webshop to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience while driving performance. You manage on‑site content, localisation, online merchandising, testing, and alignment with local teams and HQ. In particular, you will: - maintain and optimise webshop content, plan and implement local campaigns, and manage localisation into Danish, Swedish and English - manage navigation, categories, filters, and on‑site search to ensure product findability and SEO‑relevant on‑site content - execute UAT testing, manage bugs and regression tests - act as the first contact for Customer Service and Click & Collect teams - monitor webshop performance, conduct analyses, provide insights, and drive optimisation measures - collaborate closely with stakeholders...
