This role owns daily operational performance, including labor utilization, throughput, quality, and safety, ensuring that production is executed consistently against schedule. Working in close partnership with Safety, Quality & Production Control, the Plant Manager proactively identifies and escalates constraints, aligns resources, and operations are disciplined to achieve schedule adherence and on-time delivery.
