SUMMARY: We are seeking a Credit Products Officer specializing in Healthcare, Technology, ESOP, Sponsor & Leveraged Finance credit requests across BankUnited's national footprint. Credit transactions range from bilateral structures to syndicated loans. Clients range from middle market companies (revenues > $50mm) to public corporations. A Credit Products Officer is responsible for preparing complete and accurate credit analyses in a timely manner that meets or exceeds internal business partners' needs, customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and leading industry practices. They are accountable for protecting the Bank by providing an unbiased and objective view of the prospective borrower and thoroughly disclosing all identified risks. In addition, this position is responsible for the monitoring and ongoing ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
