Emphasis shall be placed on maximizing patient's functional abilities in the activities of daily living; promoting, maintaining and restoring health, preventing and minimizing the disabilities of acute and chronic illness. Discharges duties in a responsible professional manner while demonstrating values of respect, dignity, integrity, and compassion.
