Business Operations Manager

Job description

- Support the Senior Director (Audio) with financial and operational work, freeing leadership to focus on business development and strategic priorities - Own and improve the monthly management accounting close process, working alongside finance and operational colleagues to ensure accuracy and efficiency - Act as the primary owner of Sidekick (our internal audio system) within the business operations function, developing a deep understanding of how the audio business uses the system - Identify deficiencies in Sidekick, translate them into clear requirements, and work closely with IT and technology colleagues to drive improvements — whether through system development or process change - Establish and run regular processes to ensure Sidekick data is consistently updated and reliable - Track expected vs actual gross margin ($ and %) at a project level, highlighting variances and risks - Ensure Accounting teams have timely and accurate information to record cost accruals each month - Coordinate operational activities across multiple international studios, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and performance targets - Own and support business performance tracking (revenue, KPIs,...
