Machining Team Lead (11pm - 7:30am) - 3rd shift Summary/Purpose Provide leadership to their team to ensure Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. - Provide leadership to the department - Lead improvement activities for quality, delivery, safety and cost - Assure quality, production, safety/environmental standards, 5S are met - Schedule manpower and relieve operator when needed - Conduct meetings as necessary - Record daily information, such as, time and attendance - Assist in identifying training and development needs for department team - Support company policy and administer fairly and consistently - Investigate, solve and report on product or process problems - Assist in preparing departmental procedures/processes - May perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned by management.
