About the Role As a Laboratory Technician within the Quality Department, you will take on a broad and varied role supporting laboratory testing, calibration activities, and operational support across the organization. You will become part of an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory environment, contributing to high quality standards through testing, calibration, documentation, and close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, and FAT teams. This position offers a dynamic workday where no two days are alike. Priorities and tasks may shift according to production needs, ongoing projects, and operational requirements, making flexibility, collaboration, and a proactive mindset essential for success in the role. Please note that this is not a traditional chemistry laboratory. The laboratory focuses on mechanical and physical testing of components and materials in a practical and hands-on “rough lab” environment. You will work with larger physical items and testing equipment where precision, quality, and attention to detail remain essential.
