Description We are seeking a hands-on Software Engineering Team Lead to partner with Scientists and Systems Engineers to translate complex requirements into high-performance software. In this role, you’ll see your code come to life - interacting with robotics, vision systems, sensors, and precision instruments to drive real-world results. You will lead development across the full .NET stack, building distributed applications with WCF-based communication. The ideal candidate has strong experience developing software that interfaces with hardware systems and thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
