The principal engineer must be able to perform gap analysis of the application and also implement alerting, alarming observability. The principal engineer will adopt an SRE organization through Observability, Automation and Cloud Engineering for Branch. The principal engineer must have strong communication skills and the ability to mentor, provide expert advice and upskill the platform engineers.
