THE ROLE : Xylem is seeking a Planning Support Specialist to support the Production Planning team by owning a defined set of administrative and coordination activities that are essential to daily manufacturing operations. This role focuses on essential planning support, including gathering, organizing, preparing, and distributing production paperwork to the shop floor. In addition, the Planning Support Specialist will assist with documenting and organizing standard work to help improve consistency and efficiency across the planning function.
