Compensation Amount: 20.00 USD Hourly Job Summary: The Snack Bar Supervisor assists management and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the snack bar, including supervising staff, upholding food quality and safety, maintaining inventory, taking customer orders and ensuring a clean, organized working environment, all while adhering to company standards and procedures. The supervisor assists in cultivating a team environment that provides exceptional customer service while ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level. Job Description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Hires, trains and supervises snack bar staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance. - Creates and manages staff schedules. - Ensures that snack bar staff is following established procedures for setting up the snack bar at the beginning of a shift and cleaning up at the end. - Preps and cooks food ensuring food quality and consistency is followed along with proper food handling procedures. - Prepares and serves beverages as ordered. - Monitors food and supply inventory levels and communicates with management for placing orders.
