Winpak Control Group Inc. is seeking a Press Helper to support our printing press operations. The Press Helper is an essential member of the production team, supporting the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of printing presses. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and cGMP protocols, and a proactive approach to learning and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Support press setup and operation, including cleaning, installing plates, anilox rolls, and doctor blades. - Review job specifications and assist with flexographic press and plate mounting processes. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with cGMP standards. - Assist in training Press Utility personnel and perform incoming material quality checks. - Begin cross-training for future Press Operator responsibilities. - Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
