About the role: As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating FCM’s growth in one of our fastest‑growing markets. You’ll own the full sales lifecycle, from identifying and engaging new prospects through to closing profitable, long‑term partnerships with Finnish small to mid‑sized organisations. Working closely with a Nordic and EMEA sales team, you’ll engage senior decision‑makers, deliver compelling value‑led proposals, and demonstrate how FCM’s market‑leading technology and service model help businesses perform better.
