Job description
About this role: - Order and track spare parts and consumables required for stock and unscheduled repairs. - Manage all goods inwards and outwards including unloading, loading and scheduling. - Maintain high housekeeping standards for all stores. - Perform regular stock takes of spare parts and consumables. - Employee timesheet entries and auditing. - Liaising directly with external & internal stakeholders. - Data entry into the Maintenance Management System. About you: - Working knowledge of earthmoving equipment, heavy vehicle, and light vehicle servicing and repair administration. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar workshop administration role (preferred). - High-level proficiency in data entry, Excel/spreadsheet management, and reporting. - Experience using fleet or maintenance management software systems (e.g. MEX, Maintenance Connection, or similar). - Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. - High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency. - Effective communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders (internal teams and external suppliers). - Ability to work independently and collabora...
