Hours: 2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs - 4:00pm-2:30am & mandatory OT on Fri & Sat per management. 3rd Shift: Fri-Sun5:30am-6:00pm – If OT is mandatory, it’s Mon & Thurs. These are 12-hour days. Over time as needed including weekends. Maintenance employees are (on call) depending on business needs. SUMMARY: Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, electrical and electronic systems in commercial or industrial establishments by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Inspect and test machinery and equipment as required to ensure proper function. - Experience in electromechanical equipment diagnosis and repair. Hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, PLC integration. Must understand integration between systems. Use MaintMizer to open, close work orders, document repairs made. Must be good communicator and keep production informed of progress. Top level maintenance position. - Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts. - Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. - Replaces and repairs electrical...
