SUMMARY: This position will serve internal/external guests through maintaining and cleaning the public and employee areas of the resort. The delivery of all essential duties must be at a 4 Diamond level. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - To be completely familiar with complex and outlying areas (I.E. Restrooms, Pools, Locker rooms, Clubhouse, Afternine) - Initiate and aid in effective communication between housekeeping and all other departments using Wow, Go & Please strategy. - Keep radio, cart and keys safe and secure at all times - Respond immediately to all pages received - Always follow knocking on doors procedure when entering public restrooms - Report any unusual circumstances to your supervisor or any major stains on carpeting - Offer all assistance possible for your guests - Immediately report to your supervisor or the housekeeping office any damage for furniture or furnishings - Keep public restrooms stocked and cleaned to the expectations of housekeeping management - Maintain the locker rooms and empty dirty garbage and linens where applicable - Dust/Mop/Vacuum all areas of the resort where needed and requested of you by your Supervisors - Maintain lobby including...
