We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, based in either our London King’s Cross or Bradford office. The role offers hybrid working. This position will provide vital commercial and transactional support, with a particular focus on contract review and negotiation, as well as the effective management of legal processes and documentation. Working closely with senior lawyers and key business stakeholders across Liberty Blume, you will play an important role in managing legal risk while supporting the efficient and timely delivery of commercial activities. The role demands strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence in managing end‑to‑end document workflows. You will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, contributing to both new and existing ventures and supporting the ongoing growth of the business.
