Operations Supervisor - Paint & Sound Dampening

Overview The Operations Supervisor for Paint & Sound Dampening must possess an energetic and positive attitude and be willing to change and develop as requirements of assigned tasks dictate. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Responsible for daily assignments and overall coordination of employees performing modular painting, sound damping, anti-sweat, stud shooting, smoke barrier and poly shielding installations - Meet department safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives - Take disciplinary action in accordance with company policy and procedures and confer with Human Resources concerning employee problems and manner of resolution - Promote continuous effort to improve operations, schedule span reduction, streamline work processes and work cooperatively with other trades to provide quality customer service - Perform daily work order maintenance and progress work weekly - Daily interactions with peers including supervisors from multiple trades and upper levels of management - Develop and execute plans - Understand and follow company policies, procedures, specifications, drawings and instructions - Maintain a clean working environment - Coach/mentor e...
