We are seeking a valuable team member for the position of “ Payroll Executive " to be considered at Rixos Tersane İstanbul. Job Description: - Managing all end-to-end payroll processes. - Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, overtime pay, leave, incentives, and all legal payroll components. - Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking. - Maintaining and continuously improving the operation of HR systems; - Supporting the implementation of new HR Information Systems (HRIS) modules and digital HR processes - Ensuring compliance with the Turkish Labor Law, Social Security Institution (SGK) procedures, and pa...
