Description The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Pediatrics, is seeking an outstanding individual for a faculty position in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at UT Southwestern and Children’s Health Dallas to be part of a multidisciplinary Cardiac Intensive Care Program. Responsibilities will be in the clinical care of patients in our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. The Cardiac ICU is a state-of-the-art space built to accommodate the care of a high volume of yearly cardiac surgeries and medical admission. Clinical care in this unit will involve close collaboration with experts in congenital cardiac surgery, echocardiography, cardiac MRI, electrophysiology, cardiac catheterization, and cardiac anesthesia to name a few. The unit has a long history of close partnership and leadership with national/international collaboratives (such as PC4) and esteemed societies (such as PCICS).
