Berkeley College, a career-focused institution of higher education, with locations in Woodland Park, Newark, Woodbridge, NJ and Online, is seeking full-time Admission Associates to work on-site. Admissions Associates guide and help prospective students throughout the enrollment process. Additional responsibilities include recruiting and interviewing prospects, providing campus tours, community outreach, and extensive phone work. Responsibilities: - Create awareness to potential students. - Tour and interview prospective students. - Initialize and follow-up on students’ financial aid process. - Schedule entrance exam, financial aid planning sessions, registration and orientation. - Responsible for student document procurement. - Develop relationships with High Schools, College and community personnel, - Manage and update student records. - Responsible for proper reporting on outreach efforts. - Responsible for attending team meetings. - Receptive to continuous training in product knowledge and to ensure the dissemination of updated and accurate information.
