Rate of Pay : £13.92- £18.02 per hour Summary: The Scheduler provides efficient administrative and scheduling support to the Reactive Repairs and Direct Services function, ensuring repair and maintenance activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered effectively. The role is responsible for scheduling repair works, coordinating operatives and appointments, and delivering a responsive, customer-focused service to tenants and stakeholders. Working within a fast-paced maintenance environment, the post holder ensures repairs are scheduled efficiently, resources are utilised effectively, and service delivery standards are maintained to support excellent customer outcomes.
