Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts are flexible, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Coding Quality Analyst – Professional Billing to: - Develop and implement an organized monitoring system for the QA program structure. - Develop, conduct, and/or coordinate the review process for coding quality. This includes, analyzing errors and formulating advice/education, identifying and advising staff on quality improvement opportunities, participating in individualized feedback for coding staff, and summarizing results and identifying trends for specific educational opportunities. - Prepare summary reporting of the coding review results as requested.
