Are you ready to love what you do?! BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full time Service Supervisor for our Home Care office in Tucson, AZ (East). POSITION SUMMARY: This position includes a unique opportunity to act as a non-clinical field supervisor (where applicable), a client advocate and a community resource. You will work closely with interdisciplinary office teams to effectively monitor and assist in client and employee satisfaction, the quality and safety standards of our personal care services and assist with social determinant issues that impact our client’s health and welfare. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence, and reliability - Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills - Demonstrated track record of successfully taking on more responsibility with positive results and ambition to grow past current position. - Prior health care, and/or home or social service experience preferred. - Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
