This role is responsible for training, leading and daily oversight of Revenue Cycle Specialists, as well as the knowledge share and refinement of Revenue Cycle processes. This includes daily communications with the client and Claim Audit personnel, as well as fielding projects assigned by the Manager and/or Senior Leadership. This individual ensures operational controls and day to-day processes related to Revenue Cycle are in place (cash application, invoicing, reconciliations, and audit controls), monitors distribution of work across the team and adherence to all internal/external Service Letter Agreements.
