About the Role We are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to lead the delivery of complex communications campaigns. You will oversee projects end-to-end, manage client relationships, and drive high-quality creative and strategic output while mentoring junior team members. What you'll do: Client Leadership & Project Delivery Lead day-to-day management of accounts, ensuring delivery on time and within budget Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at multiple levels Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities and risks Oversee large-scale integrated campaigns (film, digital, multi-channel) Creative & Strategic Direction Ensure all work meets the highest standards - on brief and impactful Shape and refine campaign strategy in collaboration with strategists Confidently present and discuss strategic and creative work with clients Push for innovation and continuous improvement in output Team Leadership & Development Mentor and support junior team members Foster strong collaboration across creative, strategy, and production teams Lead by example - driving energy, quality, and accountability across teams Commercial & Business Management Manage budgets,...
