A Brief Overview: Responsible for maintaining inventory though out the facility with the use of data and analytics, as well as managing new product introductions, physician specific requests and providing support to the value analysis process. The Senior Inventory Specialist is responsible for regulatory issue management as it relates to recalls, product back orders and emergencies. This position is the point of contract for physicians and clinical staff as it relates to supplies. They are the subject matter expert on the areas they are responsible for and have a working knowledge of the supplies and equipment used in the area, as well as the purpose and alternatives.
