Spire Healthcare | Change & Implementation Manager | 8 month Fixed Term Contract, 37.5 Hours per Week The Change & Implementation Manager at Spire Healthcare plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful design, delivery, and embedding of organisational, clinical, digital, and operational change initiatives across the organisation. Acting as a bridge between the Strategic Management Office (SMO), clinical and operational teams, and transformation delivery functions, the role ensures that change is planned, governed, executed, and adopted effectively. This role supports the development and execution of structured change and implementation plans, ensuring initiatives deliver agreed‑upon benefits within defined time, resource, and quality parameters. Working alongside Portfolio Leads, Project Managers, and wider project teams, you will contribute to and support the successful achievement of the goals of your portfolio.
