You’ll provide technical support on various engineering ship design projects as an individual contributor but also as part of an engineering team primarily in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and the Military Sealift Command (MSC). You’ll provide engineering services support that may include electrical design, electrical power load analysis, fault current analyses, short circuit analyses, panel sizing, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, electrical circuit drawings, work item development, selected record drawing (SRD) updates, cost estimates, ship checks and other new business technical work document preparation in accordance withdrawing standards and good marine design practice.
