Job Description Summary This position leads the Sourcing team for the fulfilment of Balance of Plant scope in the Project. The Project Procurement Manager (PPM) is the main point of contact in the project for all matters related to BOP procurement and will liaise with all sub-functions within the Sourcing department. PPM is accountable to the Project Sourcing Manager (PSM) if there is a PSM assigned to the project. PPM owns project EAC and On-time delivery of the BOP Sourcing scope. Job Description: Essential Functions/Responsibilities: •Primary owner for the following KPIs: Project EAC (cost estimate at completion), OTD (on-time delivery) Qualifications/Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college. -Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing, operations or project management -Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sourcing or project management role -Ability and willingness to travel 5-10% of the time, as required -Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure -Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plans -Strong analytical project management and organizational skills -Strong oral and wri...
