On Call | Pay: $ 6.50 Hourly + Tips (3 Month Tip Average + Base Rate = $21.77 Hourly) | Schedule: Typical shifts for this position fall between 11:00am to 2am, 7 days per week. This is an On Call position and does not qualify for benefits. Some organizational perks still apply such as access to employee health benefits, complimentary gym access, and associate dining privileges for roles based at sites with such facilities. Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position. Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will serve food and drinks in a thoughtful manner ensuring a positive dining experience. You will report to the Food & Beverage Shift Manager. Primary Tasks: - You will serve food and drink items and ensure correct temperature. - Answer questions posed by patrons including basic ingredients in food to help identify any possible allergy issues should a guest ask. - Help bus tables to ensure the table is available for the next guest. - Communicate with wait staff, managers, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to improve communication and coordination so that patrons may be impressed by their dining experience. - Promote current casino events and programs a...
