Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: POSITION PURPOSE The Director, Strategy, under the direction of the Regional Chief Strategy Officer, leads the development and execution of strategic, business, and service line plans; supports regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, market assessments, and long-range facility and financial planning; and performs strategic analyses for the Trinity Health Oakland and Trinity Health Livonia. The position helps advance and coordinate planning, strategy, and business development across hospitals, medical groups, clinically integrated networks, and other entities within the defined geography. The role maintains a dotted-line relationship to the ministry President (or designee), participates on the local Senior Leadership Team as invited, and devotes approximately 90% of time to local initiatives and 10% to regional priorities. MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION : Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Health Administration (MHA) or related field.
