Job description

Responsible for assisting with the request, receipt, filing & updating regulatory information for the TekniPlex Consumer Products Division. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): - Strategic Supplier Outreach: Partner with Global Regulatory, R&D, Procurement teams to execute outreach programs. Review and approve supplier declarations, ensuring they meet specific chemical and safety requirements (e.g., PFAS, Heavy Metals, Food Contact). - Data Systems & Optimization: Build, maintain, and optimize a robust raw material regulatory tracking system. Develop and manage reporting dashboards to provide real-time visibility into compliance status. - Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Act as the primary technical resource for all raw material compliance inquiries. Ensure the seamless retrieval of raw material regulatory compliance documents upon request. - Regulatory Intelligence and Change Control: Proactively monitor global regulatory change and internal product formulation changes to assess their impact on raw material compliance.
