Responsibilities A Senior Project Manager has the responsibility for applying intensive and diversified knowledge of detailing principles and practices in broad areas. A Senior Project Manager bears primary responsibility for properly executing the project management systems for each project under their direction. They manage a team of professionals, set direction, outline goals, and execute the project plan. A project manager’s roles include contract negotiation, planning, organization direction and control of projects, being a team leader through technical supervision and staff development and contributing to business development.
