In this role, you'll: Work as part of a field services team delivering Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), this role focuses on the installation, configuration, programming, maintenance and incident response of traffic signal and intersection technology. This role will see you proactively monitoring and responding to incidents and service requests, installing and commissioning field equipment, undertaking fault diagnosis and triage, maintaining public-facing technology assets, and contributing to continuous improvement and innovation across field services. You will build and maintain highly available, reliable field technology services in a 24/7 operational environment with limited maintenance windows, complex access requirements, and rapidly evolving technologies.
