*PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP*: Dovehaven Care Homes are recruiting for a bank Domestic/ Laundry Assistant to join our team at Brooklands Care Home, Old swan, Liverpool . Working hours will be 8am- 2pm, or 8am- 4.30pm. With working days that suit you- 0hr contract. Brooklands is a residential care home catering for up to 43 residents. The home specialises in dementia care, and our aim is to ensure all our residents feel as comfortable as possible. Our homes promote independence, dignity and respect through positive risk taking and empowerment. About the Role: As a domestic/ laundry assistant you will be responsible for ensuring a clean safe environment is provided for our residents, visitors and staff and be an important part of the team that ensures residents in our care feel valued. Duties will include following a daily schedule for cleaning within the home, hoovering, dusting, polishing, shampooing carpets, mopping floors, washing, ironing of residents clothes, linning, and ensure all property goes back into the correct residents room, also completing other duties as required.
