Job description

The Lead Systems Administrator/Engineer for Mac Infrastructure, working independently, will direct staff in the execution of enterprise Apple device management, security, and deployment activities to ensure FINRA's Mac ecosystem meets defined quality standards. This role focuses on JAMF Pro administration, application packaging, and maintaining security compliance across all Apple devices. Essential Job Functions: - Review and analyze complex macOS system specifications , JAMF policies, and MDM configurations to ensure delivery requirements are met for Apple device deployments. Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, identify patterns, and generate insights from configuration data. - Serve as the subject matter expert for Apple ecosystem management , including JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, and macOS deployment strategies. - Design, implement, customize, maintain, and administer complex macOS environments, JAMF Pro infrastructure, and Apple device management solutions at enterprise scale. - Recommend and lead implementation of macOS updates , security patches, JAMF Pro version upgrades, and Apple hardware refresh cycles across the organization. - Develop and maintain applicati...
