Job Description Summary The Fleet Support Manager – Mechanical is responsible for leading a team of engineers who provide timely, high-quality technical support for fleet, non-down turbine PAC cases. This role ensures rapid issue assessment, effective troubleshooting guidance, and complete resolution of customer concerns to support fleet reliability and customer satisfaction. The manager is accountable for overseeing case flow, optimizing resource allocation, aligning engineer skillsets to case complexity, and driving strong cross-functional collaboration across turbine subsystem teams. In addition, this role owns key responsiveness and quality metrics, identifies recurring issues and fleet trends, and escalates systemic concerns for deeper investigation, including potential root cause analysis (RCA).
